Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Cupertino, CA. This full-time position involves supporting K-12 students under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. The ideal candidate will be licensed in California and bring prior school-based experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Support: Assist in providing speech therapy services to middle and high school students.
- Implementation: Carry out treatment plans as directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and track student progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license in California.
- Prior experience in a school setting (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
