Join Our Team: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist in Urbana, IL
We are excited to offer a position for a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist in the supportive school district of Urbana, IL. This role is perfect for an SLP who is passionate about using their skills to help students overcome communication barriers and thrive both academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on thorough assessments of each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Illinois state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain this licensure.
- CCC-SLP certification is highly preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
