Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student therapy.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input to optimize educational strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP license in Indiana, or eligibility to obtain.
- Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
