About the Position
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide speech therapy services to students in the Richmond, TX area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, student-focused environment, where you will help students enhance their communication skills and succeed in both school and everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders.
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students.
- Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure growth.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for students.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred, but not required.
