Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of students while enjoying a fulfilling career? We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Functional Living Skills (FLS) program. This is a fantastic opportunity to work Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day (with an unpaid lunch break), from ASAP through March 2025, covering maternity leave.
Located in the vibrant East Multnomah County, our school is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for both students and staff. As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll be an integral part of our team, helping students develop vital communication skills. Expect to collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create tailored therapy plans and support students in reaching their goals.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):
- Assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders
- Developing and implementing effective therapy strategies
- Supporting students in classroom settings and during individual sessions
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Documenting progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed
Qualifications Needed:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Oregon
- Must pass fingerprinting and drug screening
Pay & Benefits:
- Highly competitive compensation of $43 to $50 per hour based on experience
- Comprehensive insurance and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision
- W-2 classification with weekly pay

Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district
- Offer typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
