Position Overview:
- Location: Sinking Spring, PA area
- Schedule: Full-time, onsite
- Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s strengths and goals
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a positive and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic techniques into the classroom and home settings
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure each student achieves measurable growth

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pennsylvania state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Prior experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is a plus
