Are you a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a flexible, rewarding opportunity? We have an exciting opening for a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students in the Oregon school district. This full-time, 100% remote position allows you to provide vital services to K-12 students while working from the comfort of your home.
Position Overview:
- Location: 100% Remote (must be licensed in Oregon)
- Start Date: ASAP (Position available for the remainder of the school year)
- Caseload: K-12 students in Oregon
- Full-Time Hours: Flexible work schedule to fit your lifestyle
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess & Diagnose: Use a variety of speech and language assessments to evaluate students’ needs in areas like speech, voice, fluency, and language.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans and goals that align with each student's IEP (Individualized Education Program).
- Provide Therapy & Support: Deliver direct speech therapy services using evidence-based techniques, tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to track progress and adjust strategies. Provide regular updates and guidance regarding speech and language development.
- Attend IEP Meetings: Contribute to IEP meetings, setting long-term goals for students and ensuring they receive the necessary services and accommodations.
- Student-Centered Approach: Maintain a compassionate, student-focused approach, working to improve communication skills and overall academic performance.

Qualifications:
- Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist License (Required)
- 1+ Years of Relevant Experience: Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings is preferred, but new graduates with clinical experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and educational staff.
- Passion for Helping Students: A commitment to supporting students’ speech and language development and ensuring their success.
