In this role, you will work with a diverse population of students, helping them navigate communication challenges and achieve their maximum potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions that cater to each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to ensure students receive proper communication support.
- Conduct screenings, keep accurate records, and engage in team meetings for thorough planning.
- Champion advocacy for students, offer resources to staff, and engage in professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- North Dakota Teaching Certification required OR
- North Dakota SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
