We’re currently seeking a motivated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our remote team and support K-12 students in Arkansas.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to diagnose and address speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs and goals.
- Provide engaging and interactive virtual therapy sessions that encourage student participation and progress.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:
- A valid Arkansas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- At least two years of experience working with K-12 students; prior teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required (training is provided!).
- Proficiency with technology and virtual platforms or a willingness to learn.
