Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to patients across various age groups.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy approaches as necessary
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to develop treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and goals.
- Educate caregivers, families, and patients on communication strategies and techniques.
- Provide direct therapy services to patients in both individual and group settings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Florida.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in providing speech-language therapy services in a clinical, hospital, or school setting is preferred.
- Passion for helping individuals improve their communication abilities.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
