**Description:**
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Jacksonville, FL for the 2024-2025 school year. As an SLPA, you will work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide support and services to students with communication disorders.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist SLPs in implementing treatment plans
- Conduct therapy sessions with individuals and small groups
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
**Requirements:**
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
- Valid SLPA license in Florida
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping students achieve their potential
