Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Earned from an accredited program, meeting Oklahoma’s educational standards.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP): Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Oklahoma State Licensure: Must hold a current Oklahoma licensure or be eligible for licensure to practice as a speech-language pathologist in the state.
- Oklahoma Teaching Certificate: Required to work in Oklahoma schools.
- Experience: Two (2) years of experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators.
