Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Remote Position – 1099 Contract – Washington State
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a full-time remote role in our team. This is a 1099 contract position where you will provide teletherapy services to students within Washington State. The ideal candidate will possess an active Washington State SLP license, a teaching certification, and have at least 2 years of experience in the field, preferably in an educational setting. This is an immediate hire with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech therapy sessions for students with diverse needs.
- Develop personalized therapy plans and track student progress.
- Assess student performance and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate remotely with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure a coordinated approach.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with state and school guidelines.
Requirements:
- Active Washington State SLP License.
- Teaching Certification in Washington State (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology for virtual therapy.
- Ability to manage a full caseload and work independently.
