Immediate Hire: Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Elgin, IL
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Elgin, IL. This role is perfect for a committed professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with school staff and families.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations to support student learning and communication needs.
- Document progress and adapt therapy plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes for students.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Active or pending Illinois SLP license.
- Experience in pediatric or school settings is preferred, but newcomers are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
