Immediate Full-Time SLP Opportunity in Fremont, CA | K-12 Caseload

ProCare Therapy is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for multiple openings in Fremont, CA. This full-time position starts immediately and runs through June 2, 2025, offering an opportunity to work onsite with a diverse student population. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and be ready to make an impact in a supportive school environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Fremont, CA
- Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: June 2, 2025
- Setting: Onsite only
- Multiple openings available
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students across multiple grade levels.
- Provide individualized speech therapy services for students with a variety of communication needs, with a focus on AAC device usage.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure students’ speech and language needs are met.
- Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans, regularly tracking student progress.
- Offer ongoing support and training for staff and families in AAC technology.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, assessments, and therapy goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required).
- Active California SLP license (required).
- Experience with AAC devices is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a school setting and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
