We are currently seeking a passionate, dynamic, and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Acton, Massachusetts. Location: Acton, Massachusetts
Job Type: Full-Time - W2
Salary: 43+/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, patient needs, and goals.
- Therapy Sessions: Provide direct therapy services for children and/or adults with various speech and language disorders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with families, teachers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapy sessions in compliance with state regulations.
- Education: Educate clients and their families on communication strategies, techniques, and exercises to improve functional communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current and valid Massachusetts State Licensure (SLP).
- Certifications: ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
