Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking for an exciting opportunity in Denton, MD? We are seeking an SLP-CCC to join our team for the upcoming school year. In this full-time position, you will primarily work with elementary students, with some involvement in middle and high school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote language development in various settings.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Valid CCC-SLP certification and state licensure.
- Experience working in a school setting, particularly with elementary-age students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
