Responsibilities:
- Support Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in implementing therapy plans for students.
- Conduct speech and language activities under the supervision of an SLP.
- Document and monitor student progress with accuracy.
- Assist with screening and assessments as directed by the SLP.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Valid Washington SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
