Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of speech and language therapy to K-2 students.
- Implement therapy plans designed by the Speech Language Pathologist.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student needs.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Massachusetts.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders or a related field.
- Experience with early childhood or K-2 students preferred.
Position Details:
- Caseload: K-2
- Hours per Week: Full-time
- Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
Contract Duration: Current school year with an option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
