Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist | Enhance Communication Skills for California Students
VocoVision is looking for a qualified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote therapy services to students across California. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to support students in overcoming speech and language challenges, helping them thrive academically and socially—all from your own home.

Key Responsibilities
- Assessments: Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify disorders and develop personalized intervention strategies.
- IEP Development: Collaborate in the creation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ speech and language needs.
- Therapy Delivery: Provide direct therapy in individual or small group settings to address articulation, fluency, comprehension, and expressive language.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure students’ communication needs are met.
- Advocacy: Support students by advocating for their communication needs and ensuring they have the resources to succeed academically.
Caseload Information
- Work with students from PreK to 12th grade
- Caseloads are matched to your area of expertise
Required Qualifications
- California state licensure and CTC (California Teaching Credential)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Virtual therapy experience is preferred, but not required
- Must have the necessary clearances to work in California schools
Position Details
- Start Date: Immediate openings
- Hours: Full-time or part-time availability
- Location: 100% remote, work from anywhere
- Compensation: Competitive hourly pay between $45 and $58, based on experience and district budget
