Position Details:
- Location: Dallas, TX
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Job Type: Full-time & part-time positions available
- Compensation: Competitive hourly and weekly pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in delivering therapy services to students.
- Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance student communication skills.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
- Follow state and district regulations to ensure compliance with therapy standards.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Active SLPA license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain before the start date).
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
