Position Overview
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy to early intervention students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in young children
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress to adjust interventions as needed
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Communication Disorders, Speech Pathology, or a related field
- Certification: Active Pennsylvania SLP license
- Experience: Prior experience with early intervention or young learners preferred
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
