Job Duties:
- Diagnose and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create individualized IEPs to meet students' unique needs.
- Provide therapy services directly, monitor student progress, and revise treatment strategies as required.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to address communication challenges.
- Conduct evaluations, maintain accurate records, and engage in team discussions for comprehensive planning.
- Advocate for students, offer professional development to staff, and pursue ongoing learning opportunities.
Requirements/Benefits:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Arkansas Teaching Certification required
- Arkansas SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- 1099 Position
- Hourly Rate: $45-$55
