Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to work with K-12 students. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and delivering therapeutic interventions for students with speech and language disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state license to practice as an SLP in Connecticut.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience with K-12 students is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
