Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and educators, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Empower clients and their families with practical strategies and techniques to support communication and swallowing function in daily life.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for certification.
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience working with diverse populations and age groups is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
