Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist - Teletherapy for 2025 School Year

VocoVision is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a remote teletherapy position with a school district in Hawaii for the 2025 school year. This role offers the flexibility to provide speech and language therapy services to students while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and diagnoses remotely.
- Work with school teams to identify and assess students in need of special education services.
- Develop and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with Special Education Coordinators.
- Assist teachers with speech and language development strategies.
- Adjust therapy plans as needed based on student progress.
Skills:
- Teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills for remote interactions with students, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency with speech therapy software and documentation tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues in a remote setting.
- Experience with diverse student populations is an advantage.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of school-based therapy experience preferred.
- Articulation, fluency, and language disorders experience is beneficial.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
License:
- Hawaii SLP license required.
- Active licensure in both your state of residence and the state of the school district.
