Location: Lawrence, MA
Term: ASAP - End of School Year
Contract: Full-Time (32.5 hours weekly)
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay: $80/hr
Caseload: K-12th

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Lawrence, MA. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on students' needs and IEP requirements.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication development and academic success.
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Massachusetts SLP license.
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
