Location- Remote
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work directly with students to diagnose, assess, and treat speech and language disorders. Your role will involve collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students' communication needs and academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote assessments and evaluations using advanced teletherapy technology.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and professionals to ensure effective communication and progress monitoring.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress notes, and reports.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Illinois SLP licensure or eligibility.
- Preferred: ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience working with children in school or clinical settings.
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Dedicated, reliable, and passionate about helping students reach their speech and language goals
