Position Overview:

As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist with VocoVision, you will provide online diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will leverage telepractice technology to deliver effective care and collaborate with students and their families from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities using telepractice tools.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services through secure video conferencing platforms and monitor student progress.
  • Communicate and collaborate with students, families, and other healthcare professionals to support students goals.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Stay current with best practices in telepractice and speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Washington.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Prior experience with telepractice or remote therapy is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong technical skills and comfort with using virtual communication tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
