Hiring! Fully Virtual Occupational Therapist for upcoming school year (Colorado)
Vocovision, a leader in virtual education, is seeking a dedicated School OT to join our fully virtual school team in Colorado. Full and Part-Time options available.
Location: Fully remote position; can be based anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services via virtual platforms, ensuring effective communication and engagement with students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to implement strategies that promote students' functional skills and independence.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred; knowledge of virtual therapy platforms a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct
