Position Overview:
We’re looking for talented and empathetic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to join our remote team and provide support to students throughout Washington. Responsibilities:
- Virtual Therapy: Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions remotely to meet each student's unique needs.
- Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to assess progress and pinpoint areas needing attention.
- Collaboration: Partner with educators, families, and other specialists to design and implement targeted treatment plans.
- Speech and Behavioral Support: Develop and apply strategies to address a variety of communication disorders and behavioral challenges.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a Washington state SLP license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an SLP, ideally in a school or pediatric setting.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using teletherapy tools and virtual platforms for therapy and communication.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Tech Setup: Must have reliable internet access and a dedicated home-office setup.
