Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a difference in students' lives? We’re looking for an enthusiastic SLP to deliver exceptional virtual speech and language services across the state of California.
In this role, you’ll work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges. You’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and execute tailored education plans (IEPs).
- Administer therapy services, track progress, and adjust treatment as required.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to effectively support communication needs.
- Perform assessments, keep detailed records, and participate in team meetings for comprehensive planning.
- Champion student needs, offer staff training, and commit to ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Compensation:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $57 - $62 (consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods)
- School hours
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
