Full-Time Speech Therapist for K-12 Students North Natomas

Soliant is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the vibrant and growing North Natomas, CA community! We’re searching for a committed, passionate therapist to join a supportive school district, providing essential speech and language services to K-12 students.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time, School-Based
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Until the end of the school year with the possibility of renewal
- Work Environment: On-site, school-based setting
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with students in grades K-12 to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized plans of care, tailored to each student’s specific needs
- Conduct evaluations to determine eligibility for speech services and track student progress over time
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Provide therapy sessions for speech and language challenges such as articulation, fluency, and language delays
- Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school policies and state regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active licensure in California (or ability to obtain state licensure)
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
