Full Time - Speech Pathologists (SLP CCC or CFs) - Hiring in Montebello, California

Position Overview:
Soliant, a leading educational staffing agency, is actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CF) for a full-time school-based position in Montebello, CA. Join a supportive school district and help make a meaningful difference in students' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based setting.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Monitor and document students' progress toward their therapy goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship (CF).
- Valid California SLP License issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
- California Credential for Speech-Language Pathologists required for work in schools.
- School-based experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
California State Requirements:
- Possess or be eligible to obtain a California SLP License and California Teacher Credential in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Pass all required background checks, including fingerprinting, per California education regulations.
