Soliant is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school district in Shelby, NC. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess students for speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) for students.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to meet student goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to monitor progress and ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student performance.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active North Carolina SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred (CFs welcome to apply).
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
