Full-Time Speech Pathologist Hiring (SLP)
Farmington, NH
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a school in Farmington, New Hampshire. As a SLP, you will work with students from 4K12 grade, providing speech and language therapy services to support their communication development and academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercises to improve students' communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and educational goals
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEP goals and accommodations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- NH state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience working with students in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and their assessment and treatment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
