Soliant Health is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school district in Greeneville, TN. This position is available ASAP and will run through June 2025, focusing on a K-5 caseload. The SLPA will provide support to students with speech and language needs under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in providing speech therapy services to K-5 students, including individual and small group sessions.
- Support the development and implementation of therapy plans as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Assist in conducting assessments and collecting data on student progress.
- Help students improve communication skills by working on speech sound production, fluency, and language comprehension.
- Document progress and update case files as needed.

- Caseload: K-5 students
- Schedule: Full-time
- Duration: ASAP through June 2025
Requirements
- Tennessee SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or a related field.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and school staff.
