About the Role:
Join ProCare Therapy as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) and make a difference in the lives of students in the Santa Rosa area! In this flexible position, you will provide essential speech therapy services and support student development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Treatment Plans: Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each student.
- Collaboration: Work closely with educators, support staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into daily learning.
- Direct Therapy: Provide hands-on therapy sessions to enhance students' communication skills.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Speech Therapy or a related field.
- Licensure: State certification or licensure for school-based speech therapy.
- Skills: Proficiency in a variety of therapy techniques suitable for children.
- Experience: Prior experience working with students of diverse needs and abilities is preferred.
