Position Details:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Royalton, VT. This role provides the opportunity to work with a diverse student caseload and make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting.
Position Overview:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: June 13, 2025
- Hours/Days: 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Caseload Size: Approximately 28 students with various educational plans
- Caseload Age Range: PreK-12 or PreK-8 (depending on the school building)
- Caseload Details:
- Students with a range of needs, from articulation to communication devices
- Diverse disabilities and educational plans tailored to individual needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct and indirect services to students based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
Requirements:
- Active Vermont SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with school-age children is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
