Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity in Modesto, CA
Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a fulfilling school-based opportunity? ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified SLP to join a dynamic team in Modesto, CA, for the 2024-2025 school year. This onsite-only position offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload ranging from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) to 22-year-old transition students.
Position Overview:
- Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Modesto, CA
- Start Date: August 13, 2024
- End Date: May 23, 2025
- Schedule:
- Full-time, 30 hours per week
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Caseload:
- TK through 22-year-old transition students
- Itinerant role supporting multiple sites
- Work Environment: Onsite only
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to a diverse age range of students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district policies
Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs will be considered
- Previous experience with school-based caseloads is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
