Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Openings - Auburn, WA | Onsite Only
We are actively seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple full-time openings in Auburn, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment, helping students from Pre-K through high school achieve their communication goals.
Position Details:
- Location: Auburn, Washington
- Openings:
- 2 Full-Time (1.0 FTE) positions
- 1 Full-Time (0.8 FTE) position
- Caseload: Approximately 44 students, ranging from Pre-K to high school
- Work Environment: Onsite only (No teletherapy/VOCO options)
- Experience: Ideal candidates should have experience working in schools and with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- New Graduates: SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply if supervision is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Support: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population. Tailor your approach to meet the individual needs of students at different educational levels.
- IEP Management: Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Ensure that each student’s therapy aligns with their educational goals.
- Onsite Service: Work exclusively onsite at school locations in Auburn, ensuring direct interaction with students and staff. This position does not offer teletherapy options, making it ideal for those who prefer face-to-face engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to integrate speech and language services into the broader educational framework.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington.
- Experience: Previous experience in school settings and familiarity with IEP processes is highly preferred.
- New Graduates: SLP Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply, provided that supervision can be arranged.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
