Soliant Health is seeking skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district near Escondido, CA. This full-time position is ideal for professionals dedicated to helping students achieve their communication and language goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with various communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California SLP license.
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus.
