Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Millbrae, CA | Elementary School Caseload
We are actively seeking a highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at an elementary school in Millbrae, CA. Position Overview:
- Location: Millbrae, California
- Caseload: Approximately 40 students from PreSchool to 5th grade
- Work Hours: 7 hours per day (8:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
- License Requirements: Must hold a valid California SLP license. A CTC license is preferred, but not required.
- Experience: No Clinical Fellows (CFs); we are seeking experienced SLPs, preferably those who are local due to the urgency of starting services.
Key Responsibilities:

Student Assessment: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary school students, identifying individual needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

Therapy Delivery: Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 students, ranging from PreSchool to 5th grade. Focus on helping students achieve their communication goals through evidence-based practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to create a cohesive support system for each student. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, therapy sessions, and communications with families. Ensure all documentation meets state and district requirements.

Supervision: Although this role does not involve supervising SLPA's, your expertise will contribute to the overall success of the school's speech therapy program.
