Job Description
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Lathrop, CA. In this position, you will work with a diverse group of students from kindergarten through 8th grade, providing therapy services to address a variety of speech and language disorders and helping students improve their communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in K-8, addressing articulation, language development, and fluency.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to design and implement individualized therapy plans that align with each student’s IEP.
- Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights into student performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP License
- Experience working with K-8 students is preferred, but not required
