Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a K-22 caseload in New Castle, DE. This position offers great district support and an onsite role where you'll have the resources you need to succeed. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with one high school focus on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy to students in grades K-22, with a special focus on high school students on Fridays.
- Develop and implement therapy plans based on individual needs.
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and district staff to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (DE).
- Experience working with a K-22 caseload preferred.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with a supportive team.
Interview Process:
There will be a 5-10 minute phone screening with one of our recruiters. If selected, there will be a more in-depth zoom interview with the district where more details about the opportunity will be provided.
