Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Elk City, Idaho. This full-time position involves providing speech and language therapy to K-12 students, helping them improve communication skills and achieve success in the classroom and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Therapy Services: Offer individualized and group therapy for K-12 students, addressing speech articulation, language comprehension, fluency, social communication, and executive functioning.
- Develop IEPs: Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to create and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams to incorporate speech therapy goals into the classroom, ensuring students receive consistent support across settings.
- Assessment & Reporting: Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language needs, track student progress, and communicate results to parents and school staff.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Idaho SLP License (required)
- Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school-based environment

- Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students
- Commitment to helping students develop critical communication skills for academic and social success
