Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Craigmont, Idaho. This full-time position involves providing speech and language therapy to K-12 students, focusing on enhancing communication abilities and supporting academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Therapy Services: Provide both individual and group therapy for K-12 students, addressing needs related to speech articulation, language development, fluency, social communication, and executive functioning.
- IEP Development: Work with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each student’s unique needs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom environment, ensuring consistent support for students.
- Evaluation & Reporting: Conduct speech and language assessments, track student progress, and provide clear communication regarding outcomes with parents and school staff.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Idaho SLP License (required)
- Experience working with K-12 students, especially in a school-based setting
