Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Opening in Trumbull County, OH

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite position in Trumbull County, Ohio, specifically in Niles, OH. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SLP to work in a dynamic school-based environment and make a difference for students in need of speech therapy services.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Location: Niles, OH (Trumbull County, OH)
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing (potential to extend)
- Onsite only
Caseload & Responsibilities:
- Caseload details are currently being gathered and will be provided during the interview process.
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide speech therapy services to students K-12.
- Monitor and document student progress to ensure therapeutic goals are being met and make adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure that students' speech and language needs are met across all settings.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing progress reports and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Required: Active SLP licensure in Ohio
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with a diverse range of students, including those with language delays, speech disorders, and special needs
