Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Opening in Pearblossom, CA

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an immediate opening in Pearblossom, California. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school-based setting and make a difference for students with various speech and language needs.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours per week
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: June 6
- Location: Pearblossom, CA
- Caseload Size: 55 students
- Age Group: Preschool to 8th grade
- Number of School Sites: Multiple
Caseload & Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services for students with a variety of disabilities including speech delays, Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement strategies to support speech and language development across the school day.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress reports and recommendations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and goals.
Qualifications:
- Required: Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in California
- Experience working with students in a school setting, especially with speech delays, SLD, and autism, is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student needs and adapt therapy accordingly
