Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Mt. Prospect, IL
Are you a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to support middle school students in their communication development? We have a fantastic full-time opportunity available in Mt. Prospect, Illinois (IL).
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Mt Prospect, IL
Work Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (7:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday)
Student Caseload: 25-30 students in middle school
License Requirement: Must hold an active Illinois SLP license
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and create tailored treatment plans for students facing speech and language challenges.
- Deliver direct therapy sessions to enhance students' communication abilities.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to foster student success.
- Track and report on student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois SLP license.
- Experience in school settings is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
